Being a defendant in his court room after numerous violation hearings he was very fair and completley explained himself his actions.how ever hes is not the judge you want try and pull a fast one he will stop and go through your case page by page and lay down the law to the fullest .

He finaly snapped on my case.however he wasnt entirely wrong

Judge Tavelman was very professional on the bench during both pre-trial and during the trial itself. Although Judge Tavelman ruled several times against my client's position, as to pre trial motions, he explained his reasoning behind his decision and it showed that he actually gave the issue some thought. Overall, positive experience, jury verdict of not guilty obtained.
