I am a practicing attorney of 12 years. I have not only appeared before this Judge in a professional capacity, but also on a personal matter. Without a doubt, this man needs to be taken off the bench. He has caused irreparable damage to families across the Colorado and should be held liable for it.

Horrible judge. I'm currently going through my divorce case with this man and he has done nothing in the beat interest of my child but has let my ex get away with a felony for filing forged documents into our case has ignored all procedures and is siding with my ex narcissist cuz he's such a victim

This was the judge for my child custody hearing. I was pro se and the opposing party had counsel. There was a point in the hearing where he yelled over the both of us because he wanted to talk. He is straight forward and has no time for nonsense, which may come off as rude to some. I believe he listened to both sides of the case, considered the applicable evidence, and ultimately ruled in favor of the best interest of the children. This judge heard me out and did NOT put my children in harms way. I am extremely thankful.

This man should not be allowed on the bench! He has his mind made up and doesn't listen to any side or evidence. Extremely rude and doesn't care about his job. He should be removed immediately! He should have no power over anyone's lives.

Most unprofessional judge, did not review any evidence (made ruling directly after case), nor did he allow evidence when the witness were there to certify it. He had already made his mind up halfway through the trial, when he mistakenly left his camera on during lunch and told one of his colleagues how he was going to rule in our case without hearing the entire case. He made comments to the Petitioner and placed them in his ruling that were unfounded. The defendant had no evidence to support their side and he ruled in their favor. It was clear he had no experience with family law cases or let alone children. He stated that a 16 year old was an adult and could make his own decisions.

During these proceedings, the magistrate, Frank Moschetti, would not allow myself nor my attorney to speak without throwing a tantrum. It was completely unprofessional. It almost appears that Frank is burnt out from being in his position and no problem leaning on preconceived ideas about the case rather than letting each side provide the evidence and facts of the case. He has continued to place my son's well being in jeopardy and has no regard for his safety. When is he going to retire?

~Horrific and scary that he is still 'in the system' to say the least. Absolutely no worth whatsoever being on the bench. Disregarded our statements and belittled us over a serious matter regarding a dangerous neighbor.

I cannot believe that someone so rude and arrogant is allowed a position to rule on other people's lives. In a pro se hearing, if you ask a question he yells. He had ignored the statutes multiple times in hearings I'm in, leading me to file appeals that have been won. But he just overrides that the next hearing.

I observed him in a family hearing last week. It was disturbing. He came across as so arrogant to both attorneys and I think he had his mind made up in this case. It seemed like he didn't even want to be at the hearing.

Disregards statutes as he sees fit. Is not fit for the bench. I’ve never had anyone be completely this disrespectful in my life. This was for a civil matter. He disregarded statutes in family matter. I’m not a criminal and he had absolutely no excuse for his behavior. This is also the same judge that gave custody of a minor that ended up murdered by his father in Douglas County. This loose cannon now sits on a bench in Arapahoe County.

Disregards laws and statute as he sees fit.

Honorable is a gross overstatement. He is unstable, unpredictable and has a complete disregard for the law. I’m not sure how someone so uneven was given power to judge others and effect their lives.
