Rants on the bench “ I will NOT further prosecute a LEGAL American citizens while Illegals are taking away legal American citizens’s jobs and collecting welfare in this Sanctuary City .” How is that any kind of justice to the victims ? He fails to enforce sentences and doesnt care that probation officers admit on record they dont do any of the sentences requirements. He fails to protect victims of repeat offenders. His prosecuting ADA’s are completely inept and hes aware of this and does nothing to correct things. His courtroom is a clown show
