This judge just rubber stamps everything the DA wants. He doesnt listen during prelimns. Just rubber stamps the DA. He will never give a Defendant any benifit.

This judge is either wholly incompetent or he is corrupt (or both) and colludes with the other Riverside County Superior Law Court employees and third-party vendors. My story is long, however, in short Frederick Paul Dickerson III is responsible for the destruction of my family and the blanketed parent alienation meted me by him and my kidnapping ex-husband. His order to attend a 730 Evaluation with a since removed Psychologist called Robert Suitor further traumatized myself and my children and has caused irreparable harm to many in the years that he was allowed to adjudicate his reign of terror amongst good hard-working Riverside County parents and citizens. I am appalled that the Riverside County Superior Court System has been able to sweep Dickerson's poor behavior and vile adjudication under the rug year after year. I will spend the rest of my life telling anybody that will listen about the abusive adjudication that my family and I were subjected to by this Court System as a whole.
