This judge kind of makes up her mind on issues without real connection with the law. This cuts both ways. She set aside a judgment based on policy of ruling on the merits. However, she failed to relate two cases that were obviously related and forced an appeal to Dept. 1 to get it right, costing the client thousands of unnecessary $. Further, when I pointed out the litigant was misusing AI and citing to cases that were made up she said she hadn’t read the cases or the parts of my brief where I discussed this.

PRAISE BE TO THE GODS, I AM FREE OF THIS INCREDIBLY HORRIBLE JUDGE!!!!!! I learned today that my case has been reassigned from KILL-MY-CASE and I am overjoyed. I hope karma catches up with KILL-MY-CASE for her injustices!

She is defense oriented, especially when defendants are carriers. She sides with them and helps them achieve what they want even when they are wrong.

Killmycase's latest example of her (redacted): I appealed two decisions of this incompetent judge. This means she no longer has jurisdiction to rule on matters pertaining to the appealed rulings, until the appeal is complete. Despite this, Killmycase ruled this week on a matter and based her ruling on one of the appealed rulings, even quoting from it extensively. Now, I will have to appeal this latest travesty as well. I really hate this (redacted) woman.

I already wrote about her - If there was a zero rating, She would have gotten it from me. I kind a see the reasons for the litigant comments # CA42144 and CA42149. This judge is so irrational, harsh and cruel in her absurd, idiotic half witted rulings that you can not believe any other way - there is no other way for that kind of ruling. I mean it is so witless that even the prevailing party laughs at it - it is a shame for oue legal system.

Killefer actually ruled that my non-lawyer ex-wife and her undisclosed ghost lawyers are Administrators of Justice and are therefore capable of determining on their own what is "necessary to the administration of justice". I'm wondering if getting a lobotomy is a prerequisite for becoming an LASC judge.

"Where judges are judged" is the [redacted] slogan of the site [redacted]. You should change the slogan to "where judges are judged, so long as TRR agrees and approves." You can't be sued for things I say on this site. If I want to risk a libel lawsuit, that is on me, not you. Maybe I want Killmycase to sue me. You have no idea how much CORRUPTION I have had to suffer from the LASC cabal. They have MALICIOUSLY DESTROYED MY LIFE. Hey TRR Deleter, Why do you keep deleting my posts about Judge Killmycase? I am facing serious corruption and you seem to be on the side of the corrupt LASC. Either end this dishonest website or stop covering up the [redacted] of LASC judges like Killmycase. [EDITOR'S NOTE]: You cannot call a judge corrupt on this website. It is inappropriate commentary and potentially libelous. If a judge were convicted of illegal acts related to the administration of justice (i.e., being given a payment in exchange for a specific ruling), then it might be appropriate. We have found no instance or charge concerning this Judge (or any Judge in LASC) engaging in any such corrupt conduct. Just because you belive it to be, does not make it so. Just because the Court might have ruled against you does not, ipso facto, mean that the judge is corrupt. Such an accusation has serious consequences for the reputations of these judges who have never even been charged or investigated for such alleged conduct. It's as if you are the DA, judge, jury and executioner, indicting, convicting and sentencing the judge, based solely on the outcome, which you deem to be wrong and motivated by corrupt motives, rather than a lawful interpretratoin of the prevailing law to the facts adduced before the Court. I have no doubt the other side of your litigaition would sing the judge's praises to the highest. Ed.]

This lady does not belong to the Court room sitting on a bench that requires very high quality of mind awareness, courtesy, punctuality, and integrity. This woman do not possess any quality of a judge, worse than all never served as judge prior to sitting on the prestigious bench. during the course of trial she is just taking notes as if she is sitting in the history classroom with a short memory. she was making rational for her ruling that she already had decided from day one. From the very first moment she decided to go against the poor senior woman and in favor of a crook foreign bank and now was making records for her ruling. Thankfully, her fallible ruling, sketchy judgment , and her ill, unprofessional, contradictory findings, proved her bias intentions that provided good ground for appeal for the poor defrauded woman. Devil comes to us in beautiful features.. but you do not think he dares to sit on the bench of the Court. well, the unclean spirit can not afford the court of God. I am sure she will get it!
