Judge Johnson ignored every filing in my case with verifiable evidence that showed the petitioner had committed perjury tax fraud identity theft and domestic violence. Because I am a male he chose to ignore all of the evidence and then proceeded to target me as the abuser. I have no police record there was never an arrest yet this idiot labeled me an abuser. I had an attorney withdraw from my case 30 days before trial. I motioned for a continuance so that I might be able to retain counsel. It was denied then a week later this moron says we are going to continue the trial because he had a matter that was not finished yet. The amount of BS that goes on in the family court system is atrocious. These pole-smoking judges are running around doing whatever they want with no regard to the pursuit of justice and if your a male forget about it. He also did not take into consideration any of the 6 different mental health evaluations I was court-ordered to get at 600 dollars a pop. He imputed my income even though I'm fully disabled through the VA because my ex said "I think he can work I see him work out sometimes" GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME guys a complete waste of space his mother should have swallowed him or spit him on the floor.
