He is perhaps the worst judge I have ever encountered. He ignored applicable law, and retaliated when it was pointed out to him. He is a disgrace to the legal profession and the judiciary.

Without a doubt, Feess is the most incompetent judge I have ever dealt with. He totally ignored the applicable law, multiple times; and there is no reason to believe he is better as an arbitrator. Avoid him at all costs.
