This judge is terrible.

This judge is terrible. For a restraining order hearing he basically will ask the petitioner if everything in their submission is true and grant the restraining order without allowing the other side to defend themselves. Terrible. He has a short temper on top of that. He brags about being a Philipino judge in the U.S.
