The so honorable Judge Gary G. Gibson granted a restraining order against me for 3 years. My brother's ex is twice his age, has had 2 children taken for unthinkable things, and is/was a drug user. She claimed I said all these nasty things while trying to serve her papers. BANGED on her door, tried to enter her apmnt, and threatened to beat her up. I had video proof all of that was LIES. I went back to court today, since one of her acquaintances just so happened to break into my house, try to steal our business equipment, exposed himself to our child. We are all so fucked up not we need counseling. Judge Gibson only grants my restraining order against him for ONE YEAR!!! He is a low life.

I’m an LVN and judge Gibson seems to think that because of my PAST that I am manipulating or abusing my daughter Madie. The mediator and therapist sides with me but he seems to not care. I feel like he favors fathers even though 5 years ago my daughters father put her in harms way.
