Judge Gary Weber is cannot be heard even with a microphone.....At a CIvil hearing Judge Weber asked me a Homeowner did I need a Permit to Rent out a Room.....I sould not have to instruct a Judge of long standing Law i almost every area of Ne York State that as long as a Homeowner is the Primary Resident especially in the Town of Sourhammpton or even an Tenant in Apartment with a Lease there is not PERMIT REQUIREMENT as long you remain the Primary Resident Ina Home or An APrtment....If Judge Gary Weber has been a Judge or even a Lawyer in his working history this should be well known within his Judicial Knowledge, a simple telphone call to Southampton Code Enforcement from Judge GARY WEBER toC Chief Ryan Murphy can clear that up and Judge Weber also ruled on an EViction Case without both sides appearing back in November 2019 that would have prevented a ruling of what turned out to be an an UNLAWFUL EVICTION,,,,,Judge Gar Weber needs to RETIRE and not run again to be Judge for the Town of Southampton he is a Hack and has been on the Bench too long

This Judge should retire. Number on3, this judge mumbles, is completely inarticulate and I am not hard of hearing c=Judge Gary Weber in inaudible. I am a Manufactured Homeowner for nearly 10 years there is a portion of Long Standing Law n New York State Real Property Law 233 'MANUFACTURED HOME SHARING' which means I do not need a Rental Permit from the Town Of Southampton Rental Permit Department, nor do I fill out any Riverwoods Management Rental Applications or Background Checsk. All that is required is that I inform the Riverwods Management in 3o days upon request to submit a document who is living in my home, in Riverwoods MHP and any Car License Plates, to avoid the towing of cars not owned by Homeowners or their Tenants. Judge Gary Weber on Tuesday asks me at this OrderOf Protection from this soon to be former Tenant, if I had a Rental Permit, I informed a sitting judge who should know all Laws about Room Rentals in all circumstances from a Primary Resident/Homeowner no SOuthampton Rental Permit is Required as long as I remain the Primary Residetn/Homeowner, this portion of NYS RPL 233 Manufactured Home Sharing has been law at least since 2004 of not longer 18 years going on 19 at the very least, this Judge Gary weber is incompetent and should no longer be allowed to be a Judge in any type of Landlord-Tenant Legal Dispute, he needs to RETIRE IMMEDIATELY
