Does not use virtual appearances for conferences. Wastes $20K/day in client fees having a courtroom full of lawyers all appearing at 9:00 a.m. for conferences having to sit through oral arguments and what have you. Should be a general disqualification for office -- namely being stuck in the 1950's.
