Geanene M. Yriarte

I truly admire Judge Yriarte. I could not believe she got the other party to settle. She is very good. She tries to help both sides & hears both sides out. I appreciate that. I had a very positive experience with this judge. I feel very very blessed to have been in her courtroom. She is a Boss. She really looks out for both sides, even is the other party is lacking she is willing to give more chances. She is also very big on co parenting.

This woman ruins lives, most importantly children. She [Redacted by Ed.] allows the abusive parent to hire an attorney she works with while they use a fake team of minors counsel ( with suspended licenses) fraud 730 evaluators and the entire case is planned prior. This was verified by 2 attorneys I hired, paid and later they were honest as I was in disbelief as to what was taking place in her courtroom. 3 years later I have been sanctioned for merely begging to speak as I am not allowed and have fired 2 attorneys and am pro bono. She has torn me down, called me names and made false allegations about me all on her own. She covers actual proven abuse and protects the abusive parent whom is paying them off. My ex does not have to follow through with the court orders as she allows him not to. I have all the evidence as well as hearings and other meetings that took place I was not aware of. I sit shaking in her courtroom with a bag in my purse to vomit from the anxiety and she knows I am on to her. My son will be 18 in 3 years. I will not stop fights for him. She needs to be removed from the bench as soon as possible. I properly filed for her recusal and she laughed at me and told me “ I was too late” THIS IS 100 percent JUDICIAL ABUSE!!

I don’t know that there was a win or lose in my case. The judge was very respectful and kind., and directed me to a much better path. I am very thankful to judge Yratite for her kind and encouraging words. Thank

I have nothing nice to say about judge Geanene M Yriarte. She fully cooperates with the father and the mother is given no respect. I have spoke to this judge as respectful as possible but that is not enough for her. She speaks to me in a rude and belittled demeanor like as if I am a trash parent. I have lost my legal custody of my child and she has given it to the controlling narcissistic parent because he is so charming. I have only spoke facts and she doesn't want to hear me.

This judge destroys families and ripped kids away from their family. Has a biased investigation comes into the courtroom with her decision already destroying and belittling the entire staff and room.

Intelligent, fair, and professional. One of the best.
