Somone needs to investigate; Kings always had "problems" but what judge issues a 64 page decision on SJ saying there are no issues of triable facts; This was in MM and it appears she had some defense doctor write her opinion; Kings has a history as a hot bed of corruption and unethical judges bought by one side- still not cleaned up- probably never will be
