A very nice person who just isn't smart enough to be a judge. Needs to resign and find other work.

Hopeless. Doesn't have a clue. Hurtful to families and children. Bias, favors big money attorneys. Should not be a judge in family court.

Really lousy judge who runs his courtroom like a sports bar, plenty of jokes and cute comments. Justice, or any regard for he law is totally lacking.

really needs to avoid having his ego get in the way of his rulings. if you disagree with him, he will get revenge.

The best! Judge Sarduy understands the issues, takes action and is one of the most fair Judges I've seen on the bench.
