Racist - re: the DCFS case in McHenry County. Same charges for supervisor and case manager. Supervisor (white) found not-guilty; Case worker (Latino) found guilty. Doesn’t anyone pay attention to this blatant racism?

Terrible judge appointed to the bench- no clue about drug withdrawals, let alone does not care if a person is seeking treatment with methadone- I’m sure his classy ass never saw the light of what drug addiction causes pertaining to destruction. Get this person off the bench, especially representing Lake County- YOUR NOT GOD, NOR THE LAW!!!!

This judge has no clue regarding the severity of any type of drug withdrawals. Saw this judge issue a remand even when both the state and persons attorney were in agreement of no jail(this person was in a methadone treatment program) This judge claims how bad the opioid epidemic is but doesn’t bother to educate himself on it and the preventative measures behind it. People of Lake County, let’s get this closed minded person out of the court room. He abuses his power. We voted him in, let’s not keep voting for him.
