I appeared before him on a complex criminal matter involving multiple incarcerated defendants and complex discovery issues. He was unfailingly polite and seemed willing to take whatever measures were necessary to provide detained defendants with access to voluminous electronic materials.

Very involved in settlement discussions, but very biased. Not sure that he understands the fundamentals of contract law.
