Retired when there was pressure on him to leave as opposed to being disbarred. He endagered kids for years with decisions that ignored domestic violence in the home and instead rewarded abusers. Drunk on the bench and tried to dodge a DUI checkpoint by turning around. NY State let him get away with it all and now he works under a law firm. Only hope he isn't assigned to any cases where the well being of children and families is at stake. He should have been disbarred and his license permanently taken from him. Just goes to show you the system only works for people like this not the litigants who really need the help.
