Biggest liability to the criminal courts! He makes up law and when he’s not parroting new (erroneous and nonsensical legal holdings), he’s disregarding the law outright. He’s bias against women and favors men of minority/color. He disrespects victims and their rights and bends over backwards to throw a case in the favor of a criminal.
