Attention Folks! Do not trust this judge because she worked behind the scene against the parties especially if you do not have an attorney. She should change her name to delay, always finding something wrong with proof of services she is complicit to my son ex kidnaps five kids across state line. This judge delayed two court date which gave the ex time enough to create a exit date out of California. This same ex accused family members of horrible crime as it relates to kids when there is no facts to suggest anything happen to the kids But the ex have been investigated for abuse. The only thing the son ex can offer is parental alienation feeding the kids poison. This judge does not know what she is doing but everybody get a chance . When we are on the job judges think they can do what they want. But GOD sees everything and address the issues of judges regardless if they are on the time clock. I realize a lot of attorney and judges went to the same education and Alumni attending the same law school or graduate school so it appear that Dashman is that type of judge no iintegrity or character most of the judges are on the bench to keep families in court until the child reach 18 as if they are getting kick back. The only reason why she getting a star is because that is the only way I can submit this Comments. IF I could say something to Dashman would be you are weak as a human being and stop destroying family by helping parent transport the kids to another state stripping the father and family. I know you do not care about five African American kids which are my grandkids I am convince that Dashman enjoy separating father from there children.

Helps to kidnap children across state lines. Racially Biased behavior by making black fathers jump through hoops for rights for custody yet the mother Alienates, creates false narrative of child abuse and attempted murder of children with no proof and just when father seeks 50/50 custody. Allows motions to compel and sanctions when there is clear evidence that timely action wasn’t for those motions taken which is financial punitive. Make backroom deal and have Ex Parte communication with mothers and attorneys to drag the case along so they can have more time to cover up their wrongdoings.

This judge is the worse and will do anything to work behind the scenes with attorneys she went to school with at all costs. This judge likes to get her friends from college assigned to her court room. When the party think it is going to be fair and unbiased they find out that this judge is a coward is easily manipulated because she weak. These judges are sitting for a check and the power to make a decision for someone else life. As example my son came to her court and was supposed to be given 50/50 custody. This judge stated he did not service the attorney the judge friend and continued the court proceeding for over 30 days. The mother moved the kids to another stated without the court permission stripping the father of his rights. I do not care with position you're in getting paid or not. When you do people wrong it comes back on your regard. The father made the court award that the mother had threated to take the kids and they did nothing. These judges are unfit to make decision regarding anyone kids. But everybody gets a turn including judges because they have hardship too, they are not exempt. In the bible GOD strongly condemns corrupt judges Genesis 6:5 The thoughts of a corrupted heart are only evil continuously.

Has total disregard for the rule of law or the judicial process in cases involving pro per parties. Fails to follow procedure and due process. Doesn’t take the necessary time to understand a case an evidence involved before issuing her decisions. Her only concern is making cases go away and clearing her docket.

Completely ignored all the evidence and testimonies and when it came to the ruling, said many inaccuracies which let me know that she wasn't paying attention. The [Redacted by Ed.] there is at this courthouse. She needs to be removed as soon as possible.

This judge is horrible. She made her decision upon seeing the defendants face at the closing argument. The petitioner spent about four minutes with her closing. The defendant never gave a closing because they already knew what the outcome was so the closing argument was complete. She immediately gave her response reading from obviously a script or a letter which clearly that she had already pre-wrote her decision. She blocked out all evidence from the defendant, proving that the petitioner was a lie continuously the petitioner purging herself on several different occasions seven different courtroom rooms she admitted to contempt.

In a family law contempt case she made a point to disregard the evidence filed by the petitioner. Made a ruing that was inconsistent with the RFO or the evidence. Provided a written ruling that was different from her ruling on the bench. The refusal to view evidence and the resulting ruling that didn’t match the evidence or the request of the petitioner made her seem incredibly biased toward relying on intuition or other preconceptions instead of the evidence.

- heard a case of her superior’s husband and made outrageous ruling in their favor shortly before getting promoted creating appearance of corruption - presided on case where records of the case were changed & lost after they were filed and would not admit & take into account relevant evidence - this person has demonstrated that she does not have the ethical compass required to be a judge

She was good in the first proceeding I had for my small claims action. When the defendant filed a motion to vacate, the defendant offered inconsistent testimony & bold faced lies that Dashman did not catch. She granted her motion and, as a result, my monetary reward went down by $2,000. Not a good judge.

She tried to be fair but ended up being transparently biased towards a party in a civil breach of contract action. Would not hear all the evidence and wrote a simple, conclusory opinion without any reasoning or analysis and untethered from the evidence.
