Glenn Mondo

Worst commissioner ever back in 2022 in December. I had a civil court against me for a false restraining order against me by somebody who made lies against me and he granted a restraining order on me but later, I file appeal against him and the court and hire an attorney to get that removed, and they found out that the other party have made false assumptions against me without proof of whatsoever

I just found out about the Robing Room. The following is from 2022.

Glenn Mondo is a unconscionable, [Redacted by Ed.] , and biased commissioner. No wonder he never Unconscionable retaliation and violations of my constitutional and civil rights from 2025 through 2026 in a civil matter immedidately after I engaged in protected acts and filed complaints against Mondo with the Commission on Judicial Performance from 2025 through 2026.

This Commissioner came across angry and frustrated. He was on edge and made strange comments and threatened counsel and both parties. He is a sad example of how sad the bench has become in Orange County. Glenn Mondo should retire and seek psychiatric help. He seems to be a broken and deeply disturbed person.

Worst commissioner he did not give me a chance to talk because I was falsely accused of making threats against someone which I never did he is rude arrogant and probably takes bribes money behind the scenes. He definitely needs investigated and plus need remove the bench permanently!

I rate the Commissioner average to above average in all respects except courtesy and temperament. The restraining order calendar is boring, repetitive and always at risk of becoming chaotic without firm control. So, firmness is important. But, this Commissioner gets impatient and even a bit angry very quickly, and can be needlessly discourteous. He is showing wear and might need a long vacation. PS: If you want your courtroom to signal control and firmness, don't let various figurines and mementoes overwhelm the area in front of the well.

A kind, patient, and respected judicial officer. He continues to set the standard for temperament and fairness. Those who experience his courtroom leave feeling that they have had their opportunity to be heard, and gain confidence in our judicial system. Orange County is fortune to have Commissioner Mondo on the bench.
