How is this incompetent judge still sitting in this bench as a family law judge, what he did on that case regarding Dr. Rubi Dillon was unfair and such an injustice, he never cared to protect this child that was being sexually abused by her father, this judge gave full custody to this pedophile, this judge is a pedophile protector he's not here to serve and protect, he's here to get that cases over with. What an incompetent judge he should be ashamed of himself and his duty as a judge. Cause if it was one of his own he'd be fighting for justice, what he did to that poor mother was uncalled for, what a disgrace and a joke. I can't believe an incompetent person that holds so much power gets to decide the fate of these children, the whole justice system has failed the innocent parents and innocent children. What a shame of an incompetent judge! He should've retired or been disbarred for good after that case.

He's more then fair when my attorney dismissed himself from my case judge Salter gave me more time then he should have to find another lawyer or an expert witness to testify in my be half in seeking justice unfortunately I was unable to due to the complexity of my case but even though it didn't go my way in the Court of appeals I'm forever grateful he continued my case as long as he could, as a pro se litigant, my word won't mean as much compared to anyone who's legally educated but thank you, only I'd you knew how much it ment to me

In some respects he is outstanding. On the other end his stated ruling was not accurate. How do you rate a judge who is spot on in his assessment but fails in properly encapsulating the facts. His ruling regarding the law as he sees it was correct. My issue with Salter is his ruling mischaracterized what transpired and perpetuated the problem I had and why was in litigation in the first place. If he had read the documents better and/or merely reported the truth he would have gotten a 10. If any one can suggest how I can merely get him get the facts straight in his opinion. All e has to do is review the facts. It is self evident.

Judge Salter is absolutely awful. If you are the plaintiff, this is your judge. if you are the defense preempt him. He has a terrible temperament, raises his voice, has no concept of the law, follows his own rules and is lazy. His term ends in 2025 and given his age, he will hopefully retire.

Please clone him and put one in every department. A true joy to appear in front of. He's humble, smart and soft-spoken but not a push over
