She is a horrible child custody attorney.

She is a horrible child custody attorney. She needs to go back to law school and review some of the statutes that apply to the type of cases she is ruling on. Have heard numerous attorneys state she is “one of the worst judges” they have ever seen, and that “she has no clue what she is doing”.

She is by far one of the worst judges to ever get voted into her position.

She is by far one of the worst judges to ever get voted into her position. She has no clue about the law, and doesn’t follow it either. Once she makes up her mind who she wants to believe, the other party can get away with breaking court orders with a slap on the wrist. she loses her temper in the court room, and definitely doesn’t care about what is in the best interest of the child. have her on record making prejudiced statements, and my current attorney from another county was blown away that judges get away with acting the way she did in Alachua county. pray you don’t get her for a custody case, unless you have a good attorney who can school her on what the law actually is, not what she would like it to be or thinks it is.

This judge has little judgment at all in analyzing statutory factors in a custody dispute.

This judge has little judgment at all in analyzing statutory factors in a custody dispute. Once she makes up her mind who she shall favor, she manipulates the facts of every factor in that litigant's favor resulting in an order that defies logic.

This Judge even tried to influence my ex wife during the final hearing.

This Judge even tried to influence my ex wife during the final hearing. She gave her everything and what little I did get, I was told by another Judge to sell to meet the obligation that Judge Walker put on me. Fair - this Judge, no way.

All my ex wife had to do was cry and complain and the Judge ruled in her favor on everything.

All my ex wife had to do was cry and complain and the Judge ruled in her favor on everything. After all the years we were married she got everything except a vacant piece of property and I was told by a Judge to sell it meet the obligations Judge Walker had ordered me to pay, I don't have the money to pay it and produced all bank accounts both business and personal for six months.
