You can tell from Judge Curiel's rulings that he is extremely industrious and thorough when ruling on a motion. His rulings are VERY thorough and even-handed. While he ruled against me on several aspects of my motions before him, he cited extensive authority to back up his rulings and provided me with guidance on his stances with respects to relevant aspects of the law related to the case. Also, unlike a majority of the judges in the Southern District, his rulings were issued within days of the motion hearing date (as opposed to some who unfortunately wait months before issuing their orders). While he did not make my case as easy as some other judges to prevail, I would still be welcome to having cases assigned to him because they move quickly, and he does not leave you guessing on the basis for his rulings.

Judge Curiel is a highly accomplished and fair jurist who previously prosecuted Mexican cartels and has done much more than any racist, ignorant candidate for president in this country. He deserves respect. Please ignore the ratings and reviews of Trump supporters whose average IQ is 80.

Former prosecutor from Justice and it comes shining through in every single aspect of his rulings. Is an absolute nightmare for Plaintiffs, especially in civil rights cases/issues. He loves government, he loves their lawyers and he will do everything he can to give then the edge. Curiel an absolute disgrace to the federal bench and has NO business being an Article III judge.
