Gray H. Miller

Gray Miller should not be a judge. He is guided primarily by bias (at least in civil cases). The best that can be said about him is that he rules in a reasonably prompt fashion.

Very nice, very bright judge. Unfortunately, he has recently become much less engaged in civil cases and often puts up road blocks to hearing and resolving simple issues. When he does "allow" motions, he is slow to rule. It's really too bad he has gotten this way as he has been a delightful and hard-working judge until last year.
