This judge is cold and treats female abuse survivors with less respect and compassion than he treats a cockroach.

This judge is cold and treats female abuse survivors with less respect and compassion than he treats a cockroach. During a domestic violence trial he refused to excuse a recent victim who’d survived near death due to domestic violence and continued forcing her participation and attendance for the trial until the juror finally had a nervous breakdown in open court. Heartless.

Judge Dohi is a caring, flexible, fair, unbiased and honest judge who continues to help the victims of crime. In an era where crime victims are ignored and uncompensated, he goes the extra mile to do all he can for the crime victim while still remaining fair to all parties. Judge Dohi is much appreciated.

` While Judge Dohi's instincts may be decent, he is controlled by his court staff and clerks who are neither fair nor decent people. He has failed to protect crime victims or ensure restitution.

Let me be perfectly clear: Judge Dohi stands at the very pinnacle of the Los Angeles Superior Court’s roster, a jurist of such uncommon skill and acuity that one might well suspect he perceives the law as Neo perceives the Matrix. Observing him in action is no mere exercise in routine procedure; it is a masterclass in the art of being a good judge.

The stares that he gives to female government employees and prosecutors is truly frightening.

The stares that he gives to female government employees and prosecutors is truly frightening. He has no regard for victims rights and bends over to accommodate, protect and assist the criminals by coddling them. Gross.

This judge is biased beyond belief. He hates strong women and has made his feelings about certain types of crimes or defendants abundantly clear

With 42 years standing up facing all personality types of criminal judges, Greg Dohi is the finest of them all. He has what so very few of us lawyers possess in our arsenal of legal defense weaponry: FINESSE. So, those lucky enough to be randomly assigned to a trial presided by Dohi, walk into his courtroom with the idea of making friends of everyone. Judge Dohi will notice. He changes the changes criminal justice system hugely simply by his ability to change his mind.
