This judge should really not be on the bench. The way he handles law and motion matters is to just deny everything. He does not read the papers, look at the history of the case, or try to come to an educated resolution. Instead, he just throws the litigants to the wind to let them try to decide it on their own. If they could, they would not need a law and motion judge.
