Gregory C. Powell

Judge Powell is an informed, smart, efficient, honest and fair judge. He is always on time. He calls layers' cases first. He often will do other judges' docket for them or take overflow due to his judicial economy ethic.

Still a great Judge

He’s too old and pure garbage. I hope he did retire and will NOT ever sit in a bench again. He’s demonic like majority of the judges. The good ones barely last in this career because they face retaliation.

He’s like an old vampire. When will he go ? He has a terrible old school mindset. He’s unfair in many ways. Doesn’t care to listen , biased, lot of hidden racism and prejudice. Get rid of these old white people from the court room. They are ruining lives. No regards to disabled persons.

The Courts need a few more judges that came from private practice

Judge Powell is an excellent judge. He is able to navigate the volume of cases in the district court such that everything is handled efficiently and timely. He is fair in his decisions and well versed in the statutes and caselaw. By far one of the best judges.
