As an family law attorney he lied about my child in his questioning to me. Lied to take away a man’s daughter. Enough said and he shouldn’t be a judge.

Judge Green is very biased against protective parents; so glad he is OUT of family court.

This judge is an idiot! Prioritizes moving names off his docket rather than justly reviewing cases. He's known as the children's judge although he sits in criminal court. He can always be seen in the media and all over the internet taking photos and pictures with kids. He's also a guardian ad litem for the Hillsborough County GAL office. Strangely he doesn't seem to care about children but prefers to take pictures with them only. He exercises strong color-related biases in his rulings in the courtroom and partiality against women. This judge cares more about his public perception than being right in the courtroom, don't expect a fair chance at all!

Judge Green has a pattern of judicial inefficiency and lack of diligence in the courtroom. Rather than applying thoughtful review or decisiveness, he frequently schedules hearings “just to see how it goes,” with no clear purpose or outcome. This approach wastes valuable court time and taxpayer dollars, and it unjustly prolongs criminal cases that demand timely resolution.
