Fair Judge who grasps the issues and has the judicial temperament and scholarly ability needed on the 10th Circuit.
Judge Frizzell goes to greats lengths to ensure his rulings are fair and just. His steadfast beliefs in tradition and order combined with a sharp intellect can cause concern for shall we say lower echelon attorneys, who belong in state court anyway. (My thoughts alone). Judge Frizzell brings a high level of professionalism to his courtroom. The state of Oklahoma is fortunate to have him. With a republican administration look for Frizzell to be the chalk for a tenth circuit nomination.
A good all around person to decide civil litigation. I would want this person to adjudicate issues for me.
This is a judge proud of his unevevhanded control of his docket
Not very smart but very nice to parties. Rumor is that he has quite a temper and yells at lawyers in the courtroom. Tends to be pro-government and thinks he's doing you a favor if he splits the difference in a criminal sentence.
I clerked for Judge Frizzell before he took the federal bench and loved every minute of it. He is fair, intelligent, and eager to see justice served.
New to the federal bench, but historically a proven judge. Glad he's on the federal bench.
