this was my 1st judge after I found my daughter, her father kidnapped her for 8 years. He is pro child abuse, just like Judge Fairgrieve, he took my parental rights away, because I refused to give up my HIPPA rights, and limit information rights, and allow my daughter's fathers and lawyer get un-redacted counseling reports and note. How can a judge do such a soul crushing thing? it's none of their business what I confess to my counselor. He refuses, to rule with facts, and evidence, but will rule with how he feels. No one in the Clark County Family Court doesn't have children in mind, no one has their best interest at heart. all the judges care about is themselves. Not the fact my child need's surgery before she goes blind.

This should be called the robbing room. This judge robs you of your voice, children, and constitutional rights without due process. He sides with narcissistic abusers, the wealthy and sociopathic. He does not read evidence, despises the mother and child relationship. He does not care to understand family dynamics and ignores when there is no evidence of allegations. He will let a criminal and charlatan take your child from you, prevent you from speaking repeatedly. He loves ex lawyer Josephine Townsend so much you'd think they had struck a deal. He is arrogant and gets off on his power over the powerless. He puts children in harms way and pats himself on the back. He is reason enough to forsake the judicial system and start anew. My child is forever psychologically harmed by his uninformed decisions, and if she is physically harmed while in the guardians "care", I hold him fully responsible. I hope my family's destruction gets him a nice vacation or two. Disgusting human. He should never have been put in this position. This system is pay to parent. Children for profit. I'm embarrassed to be an American. Judge Gonzales you ruined another family and took time that can never be returned. I hope that one day judges will truly be held accountable

Judge Gonzales’ courtroom is one of the most distressing examples of injustice I have ever witnessed. He made a life-altering custody decision without reading all the documents submitted, including a detailed declaration I personally filed regarding the emotional and physical condition of a 3-year-old child following court-ordered visitation. It was never acknowledged. He issued a ruling without requiring any psychological evaluation, without thoroughly reviewing the facts, and without considering the child's best interests. In my opinion, he appeared dismissive, indifferent, and more responsive to wealth and influence than evidence or truth. This is not just a bad ruling, it is a pattern, as confirmed by other reviews on this site. When a judge repeatedly fails to conduct proper investigations or give voice to the vulnerable, it becomes a matter of public concern and child safety. Children deserve thoughtful, trauma-informed decisions. Families deserve a judge who reads, listens, and applies the law fairly. I hope others will come forward. The system can’t change if we stay silent.

Judge Gregory Gonzales is extremely bias and completely dismissed DV being relevant as it relates to custody. He openly justified father’s abusive behavior and scrutinized mother’s protective actions. He deemed mother to not be credible even though there was plenty of corroborating evidence. He is erratic and even admitted to making his decisions at 2am an entire day before the trial was concluded. He repeatedly stated how mother was not credible and that he would “have to traumatize her” and mentioned it was because he was the ultimate parent. He ignored every recommendation from the GAL and after the extensive report of she testified to. Judge Gonzales is extremely bias, unbalanced, uninformed on the impact of DV to children, and needs to be removed immediately

I wish there was a zero rating because this judge isn't just bias, he's erratic and makes up things that never happened, on the spot. He clearly hates women and especially if they are pro-se, truly despises them. He has to be the most conflicted, biased, hateful, vindictive and unbalanced judge in Clark County. I pity anyone who gets trapped in this system with this judge. He will set out to destroy you if he can. You will be saddled with fees and orders that never actually occurred. Good luck getting any true judicial dignity, respect, or even being allowed to defend yourself. The new governor needs to remove him before any more catastrophic damage. I have sat in his courtroom countless times and watched him treat people so poorly, so disrespectfully. It's ugly. He needs to go.

Having been in front of this judge one time very recently to try to hold the other parent in contempt for violating our final custody order. He was bias, rude, treated me with disdain and disrespect when I was very respectful. He clearly had preconceived opinion of me and gave me no chance to speak. He made it very clear that the other parent can violate our final custody order with no consequences, withhold my child from me, and allow the other parent to lie and continue to alienate my child from me. He made it very clear from his decision that final custody orders do not matter. He has no respect for the public and the people that pay his salary and as a voter of washington state and clark county. He will not be receiving my vote moving foward. It's time to get the Tyrants out of these positions of precieved power when they are public servants. Parents in family court matters should both be treated with the same respect and dignity. They should not be treated as criminals in family court. You should not need a lawyer for that. Greg Gonzales demonstrated to me that he is not capable of showing both parties dignity and respect, therefore should not hold this position. In fact he should not be a judge at all.

Judge Gonzales is even handed, scholarly and Clark County is lucky to have him.

Gonzales is biased and unfair he let's lawyers use unethical tactics and keeps children stay in abusive situations. He let's the other party lie in court regardless of evidence proving otherwise. He favors men over women, and will using mental health and physical disabilities against you regardless of the law.

Having been in front of this Judge for over a year, he is wildly bias, uninformed, doesn't read the pleadings, rules from emotion, clearly favors men. Doesn't like pro-se litigants. He is so off base and the things he says can not even be found in the records. He should have retired long ago.

This judge is very biased. Treated a victim of domestic abuse like a perpetrator. All while the abuser and family made outlandish false accusations in family court causing thousands of dollars spent for trial all while he didn't even let the lawyer present all the evidence proving this was an act of abusing the court system and victim. What should have been a clear case closed turned into so much more and for reasons I will never understand. Isn't a right to a fair trial where both sides get to present?

This judge is completely biased and runs off feelings not facts. He allowed the respondent too many chances after lying repeatedly causing more money to be spent. He agreed with respondent without actually facts and didn't take into consideration family aspects and actually documentation. It's clear he favors men.

Very biased and even though he said he read all of the letters addressed to him about an accident, he only referenced one mail that he read out of context. "this is a lose -lose situation". Told the person that if this trial about an accident was up to him he would have given the kid the full 20 years. The person was a kid at the time of the accident that had been driving for less than 3 months!
