We just finished our preliminary hearing in front of Judge Tavill. Even though we did not get the outcome we wanted, he made it a great experience. He is fair, unbiased, and did not play favorites with the prosecution side. And to further add, he was kind, clever, and knowledgeable. We do not come out to the San Bernardino Courthouse much, but we hope our next case is in-front of him.
