She not a concern judge she prejudice she not a neutral judge and don't have bad background or don't have a brother who has a bad background in the past and she doesn't like him and that he married to her 1st cousin I feel she wan't neutral but she had to play her part about me and my case so it wouldn't obvious If I had to do my case over I would explain that to the clerk office not to give me her

[Redacted by Ed.] this judge denied an Order Of Protection for a single mom with 3 children. The mother presented evidence, police reports and even witnesses, it was clear this man Lawrence Mitchell was abusive. He assaulted her older child and had slapped her youngest daughter in the face multiple times through the ages of 8 & 11. The judge stated that these incidents weren’t grounds for removal. BUT that’s just the beginning this “JUDGE” turned around the VERY NEXT WEEK and granted the ABUSER an Order of Protection against the mother. So the police arrive and tell her she has ten minutes to leave her abode that has her name on the lease as well as her name on ALL the bills. The mother and her children were forced to live in a motel. But this “JUDGE” decided she wasn’t finished. The next court day the abuser who was a narcissist said he “loved” my client and her children and wanted to reconcile. So Judge Gwyn Gulley threw out the Order of protection. The next day as the children and mother returned home he was yelling and stating he had an Order of Protect and was calling the police, the kids and mother were confused. Like I stated earlier Miss Gulley threw out the case at the request of Mr. Mitchell and his claims that he wanted to reconcile. But THE DAY AFTER or THE SAME DAY she threw out the Order of protection this HORRIBLE, SINISTER MONSTER of a judge granted the ABUSER a SECOND Order of Protection which got the children and mother removed from their abode when the police arrived and checked the validity of the SECOND Order of Protection. In while she stinks and will be sued or cost the state of Illinois money

This judge is an apathetic waste of a robe. Lazy, lazy, lazy. Not at all invested in truth or justice. Not at all interested in uncovering false allegations in her courtroom, which makes her an accomplice to the weaponization of the legal system.

She messed up a civil no stalking case that I was a defendant in. She's a shyster who takes advantage of the common law system to assert her authority as qualifying her rulings as legitimate. There was nothing reasonable about her ruling. Having studied the legal indeterminacy debate, I am woke to how she was full of bullshit.
