This idiot Judge rejuected plea from BW to stop cutting 100s of trees in Washington park. Tree cutting obviojusly will cuase damage to surrounding areas increasing flood during rains. Judge wants proof. Is this not a common sense and politically motivated.

This judge is one sided, I had a legitimate claim, I would describe in detail, but there is not enough room, it was a simple common sense claim, she totally ignored it and fave the other side EVERYTHING they wanted, almost as if she was bought, I showed it to others, they all agreed she was overwhelmingly one sided.

Haekyoung suh is the worst rated judge in the whole of New Jersey on therobingroom.com It's time she goes back to private practice, she has already enriched her buddies at noris mclaugjlin enough.

I cannot believe HaekYoung Suh is still in Somerset Vicinage, she has to be removed for her incompetence. she has made a mess in almost every court case she presides in: 1) rushing through cases without diligently understanding both sides. 2) siding with attorneys she had worked with in the past namely Noris McLaughlin 3) being completely one sided. A complete disgrace to justice in NJ! Any case she touches blows up, because she is completely one sided, she makes no attempt to understand both sides, people want to settle for their own sanity, she makes it impossible. She goes with one side all the way, if she decided the sky is blue there is no way she will understand that there are clouds that can cause the sky to be grey at times, nothing to talk about.

Such is an absolute clown dressed in a robe. She doesn’t even follow NJ statutory requirements that are clearly written for her to follow. And her SJ order are a disgrace. Looks like she just made a cut, copy and paste from the Plaintiff. I’m guessing she has ordered 100% SJ in favor of Plaintiff and against Homeowner. She completely ignores the answers and objections and orders as unopposed. Hunterdon Somerset Warren should be embarrassed to have a CCP as Judge, who does not believe in the US Constitution and Private Property Rights of The People. And She has NO Jurisdiction!!!

Does not have temperament to be a judge, too quick to judge, too quick to assume. Very haughty. Very biased. Shows favoritism.

Haekyoung suh AKA Kyoung suh should be removed from her judiciary position, she is always somehow involved in cases riddled with questions in regards to her conflicts of interest. Whether it be lawyers she worked with in private firm noris mclaughlin, or other lawyers she has known, exactly like the previous comments have mentioned. I'm surprised more attorneys are not coming forward, but probably they are afraid of retribution.

shows no understanding of the case, takes one side from the beginning to the end of the case, rushes case without reading or thoroughly understanding details, shows overwhelming favoritism to old or new buddies in her circle.

Judge Haekyoung Suh has been moved from family court because of her bias and conflict of interest with attorneys she knows from the past, she also does not read discovery or factual evidence brought before her, she likes to rush everything along and will just side with the lawyer she knows. This is good news for those going to family court, unfortunately she is being moved around to other areas of law, she had a brief stunt and landlord tenant, but now unfortunately she is in chancery court and now forclosure matters are getting corrupted by her. To those that care about NJ, especially those that care about somerset county, please do something, can we have Judge Suh respectfully moved to the private sector? she has many friends in the sector she has done good by over the years, they will gladly accept her with much respect.

very aloof towards though presenting themselves pro se, will completely ignore them, come in front of her with a big 10 firm and she will give you the time of day especially if its her former firm Norim Mclaughlin.

This particular judge did not grant my 2nd stay of eviction, ok, I found out through an attorney that nov. 30, the day we got locked out, is the last day they can do that, Dec. 1st, they cannot due to obvious reasons, my wife wrote a very heart wrenching, factual letter to go along, we have 4 kids all under the age of 14, youngest 8, and because the 30th was last day before that important Dec.1st, she denied it and we have no place to go, but for the judge and attorney macarthy III, out of sight, out of mind, I don’t care if I agreed to not file again or for the bank who purchased it, my kids take prescidence over them, no contest, and we tried vigorously to secure housing leading up, it’s not as simple as just walking in, it’s greed and kinda evil with the whole nov.30th thing, I’ve got an email back from channel 4 news ny and I’m meeting with them this week, they were more interested in the story than I imagined

Dismissive without doing due diligence. Draconian rulings that aren't balanced with empathy. Ignores some facts in justification of her decisions that side exclusively with the mother in custodial matters. I've paid over $200K in child support over the years, but I was denigrated like a deadbeat. Galling to only be tolerated in court, and not heard.

I believe this judge no longer sits on family courts. Everyone should file a complaint with the NJ Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct. She can't hurt us anymore and don't let her get away with it!!! This judge is one of the human beings to exist and has no place to ruin other's lives.

I am stunned that this so-called judge is permitted to sit on the bench. Why is she permitted to continue to ruin peoples' lives for no reason other than she can? She is clearly not following precedent, and not interested in fairness.

Judge Suh has destroyed our family. In our case, the litigant never got a day in court. New Jersey's divorce laws are archaic and have no place in this century. For Judge Sun, this is a perfect storm.

Judge Suh fails to disclose prior working relationships with counsel. If you are going up in front of her, you must do the research. Prior working relationship and neighbor and did not recuse herself. Judge Suh also made several errors but because she has a working relationship with one of the appeals judges, she knows how to word a decree to where it is not only one-sided, but non-modifiable under existing law and will never be overturned or remanded back. After doing research, with the same law firm and lawyers, she has shown to be one-sided and there is no "justice" when it goes to the Appeals board, because of existing law (they will not overturn) and her relationship with Judge Mawla.

This judge is a joke. She needs to be removed from the bench or you need to move out of Somerset county if you want a fair hearing. I am appealing my case as she didn’t review the evidence. She listened to the defendants testimony and made amendments to his parenting time without him filing a request. I’m not sure how that can even happen as I was the one that filed. The defendant is a prior sherrifs officer who was fired and had criminal charges for lying under oath right in that same court so it’s surprising how he came empty handed but she took his testimony over my supporting documentation. She also made a few inappropriate comments about my wording when I was speaking..which was very inappropriate. I honestly dont know how she is in this position. Every local attorney thinks she is a joke..she is truly an embarrassment to women and to family law.

This judge should not be in family law. She is not fair reasonable or even ethical. She did not read or have any knowledge of the documentation/evidence provided and took the defendants testimony over documented evidence. She permitted the other party to make innapropriate comments during my testimony and throughout the hearing without addressing it. If anyone is pursuing an investigation on her I would be more than willing to assist and even permit the use of my recorded hearing.
