A fair-minded, bright, and competent jurist, Judge Schlesinger is always prepared for hearings, and he reserves judgment until the parties have fully presented their positions. When he does rule, Judge Schlesinger takes care to clearly and succinctly state his reasons. His honor keeps cases on schedule but is not inflexible, either. Judge Schlesinger does not belittle counsel or litigants, and he conducts himself in a manner befitting his position. In short, Judge Schlesinger makes justice accessible to all who appear in his court.

This easily is the most corrupt, out of control federal judge in America. I couldn't possibly describe here all of Judge Schlesinger's blunders and abuses, but I will provide two of the more amusing: In one Order, Judge Schlesinger referred to an event in my case which according to him in one Order, took place on "June 31." On another occasion, this judge in an Order wrote that he only read the first three sentences of what he identified as a "scurrilous" motion that was critical of the Court, before striking it and refusing to read any further. He then went on in the Order to directly quote passages appearing well after the point at which the judge said he stopped reading. This judge is dishonest, terrifyingly biased, and operates under his own set of rules and laws. The above two examples are only the light-hearted moments; they don't include this Judge calling me "stupid" during a hearing in open court, sanctioning me $330,000 for attempting to file documents electronically without the Court's "permission," and refused to recuse himself from a subsequent case of mine despite only weeks prior making the "stupid" remark. A remark, by the way, made about an issue in which the Judge was factually erroneous, not me. If you are assigned this judge, don't expect anything resembling a fair, thorough litigation process. Just hope you can get on his good side because that's how he rules on EVERYTHING.
