Heather K. McShain

Judge McShain did a terrible job at our last settlement conference. She picked a side at the very beginning and did not respect our settlement limits, causing a grossly inflated settlement in a case with no damages. I would not do a settlement conference before her in the future. We settled based off her feelings and those of the plaintiff rather than the facts in the case and the law.
