Sucks. Has the same energy as an old, sexless scold who was your teacher in elementary school. Talks down to you like you are in kindergarten. Also, clearly doesn't read or understand the motions before her. Also has pointless and very inconvenient procedures that her JA demands you follow. If memory serves correctly, the JA is also difficult to contact. Sucks sucks sucks.

Poor case management. Difficult if not impossible to get hearing times and rulings. Uneven temperament. Demonstrates clear bias. Talks down and condescending to attorneys and jury. Lack of substantive knowledge of civil litigation.

The comments here certainly seem to accurately reflect this judge's approach to service on the bench. She was more than 20 minutes late to a hearing scheduled for 8:30 AM. She attributed her tardiness to "court business" which seemed unlikely given the matter was scheduled for first thing in the morning. The matter to be heard was an uncontested motion and the proposed order for the relief sought was submitted immediately following the hearing as directed. Eleven days later, the order still has not been signed. This behavior from an attorney would not be tolerated by any judge, nor should it be. We, however, are not afforded the same courtesy demanded of us.

Arrogance interferes with her ability to stay unbiased especially with female lawyers on all sides. Strives to be heard wastes too much time in trying to “teach” irrelevant remedial concepts to lawyers. Sadly, her insecurity is significantly interfering with her professionalism. Equally sadly, lawyers tend to grovel feet, which is wholly inappropriate. These lectures that are intended to make herself look smart and godlike are having the opposite effect. And if you try to make a point for the record contrary to her lecture: the screaming begins. Friends should say something to her. Lawyers: ALWAYS BRING A COURT REPORTER.

I would give here a negative as a prose litigant she failed to look at evidence, Her ties to OPD as well and rulings are unthinkable as well as she wanted to know what the defendants requested. like she cant make a ruling for herself and look at tons

She is extremely biased, unprofessional, and ego-centric. I filed a DV case pro se because my family law attorney recommended it and I couldn't afford to retain them for the DV case. Judge Pinder treated the defendant like gold from the get go because they had representation and I was treated like a troll. She chastised me in front of the man that hit me that I was trying to protect myself from that I needed to basically not waste her time and have my family law attorney handle this outside her courtroom. The cases were separate and not related. She is the type of judge that causes women not to come forward for help because of the shame she puts on them for doing so. The person eventually came after me again and I had no protection. Every time I think of her and what she said to me that day, it leaves me shaking. She's an awful woman on a power trip and not a fair officer of the court.
