Heidi K Whilden

I’m currently working to initiate a recall effort against Judge Heidi K. Whilden in Monterey County and am actively seeking others in the area who can help collect signatures and elevate the truth of what families—particularly mothers and children—have endured under her bench.

This Judge is outright biased and racist, she does not read any filings that pertain to divorce. You could file whatever you want she does not read any of it. And to make matters worse there is no transcripts or verbatim record to any court hearings . This should be criminal in itself , your whole family and life is in the hands of a biased judge that obviously doesn’t have the time to read any filings . And the children are the ones that suffer the most , in no way does this judge do anything that is in the best interest of the children . No transcripts to any court hearings Nor the ability to record what happens in court is a joke and the Judge knows that. Every single family going thru this should be able to record what’s been said in the court room . With all the technology available and no recording allowed and no verbatim record or transcripts. This is criminal and should not be tolerated .

patronizing in tone and only concerned with upholding her position of power. she does not make decision based on court appointment mediator recommendations, has refused therapy for 2 minor children who have diagnosis. this woman is an upholder of patriarchy, dismissive of institutional betrayal and harm.
