So disorganized. Doesn’t understand how a courtroom is to be run. You don’t have cmc hearings after hearings on long motions and everything else. she shouldn’t be afraid to rule on matters that are necessary for submission. And goodness - learn how to listen. She doesn’t pay attention. With that said she can improve and not hopeless like judge s. bowman. She is dangerous and hopeless.

This judge is bias and prejudice. She tries to circumvent the law with as much phony case law that doesn't even apply and makes it really hard on anybody to put their case properly before an unbiased judge. You had better bring a court reporter to any hearings, as this judge zukin will write false recitations of witness testimony to favor the party she wants to win.

I’ve found Judge Zukin to be fair, impartial and industrious. She has excellent judicial temperament, follows the law and has a good understanding of the law.

Zukin's court is entirely unorganized. She lacks rational thought towards proceedings and carries biases from other cases, both positive and negative, into new cases. One can hardly ever reach anyone in her court, as there is no voicemail and no one ever answers the phone.
