Judge Weber has a very short temper at times for apparently no reason. He can be a mixed bag in terms of decision making, particulary on sentencing issues. Becasue of his status, decision making very slow. Have habeas objections pending over 2 years now.

He is a very nice man. He can explode at times for little or no reason. He is on retired status and takes very few if any criminal trials as of late. He worries that a defendant might get to much of a break at times.
