This judge ordered me to Plead guilty too 7 Council violating a restraining order in the name of a person I do not even know the girl I knows last name is Vela The restraining order said Villa and for some reason the restraining order was out of Hillsboro county but she prosecuted me in Pinellas county and Hillsboro county did nothing this is the reason I have no drivers license she sent me paperwork saying I could work it off for $8.50 an hour I’m gonna make the same offer to her she can wear a sandwich board and walk up and down the streets With words on it that Rivas I’m a stupid bitch that gets involved in things that are none of my business while hiding behind a judge Robe . unfortunately I have to deal with this type of thing not only in St. Petersburg and Hillsboro county Florida I had to deal with it In Tulare County..Not everybody wants to be with people that get to steal by switching names and identities around ..Also please let Bernie Gomes sister shelly Gomes now I said hello and let larssa Wilder know I said hello as well..The worst part is is before it got all this I brought it to her attention thinking she would be happy to fix this without it turning into what it has congratulations you have robbed The Meserole family Of injustice and you just cost them another year wait that’s how I’m doing this they can thank you…

Worst judge in Pinellas County. Flat IGNORES prima facie evidence (amended police report), continues ankle monitor until defendant receives a scar. [Redacted by Ed.] Hold the no contact order over defendant's head, knowing FULL WELL the alleged victim didn't want to proceed with prosecution. ZERO chance for fairness in this woman's courtroom. She needs to be removed from the bench and disbarred along with all the state and public defender attorneys who work in this division. I have evidence of all of this should anyone want to start a legal action and end this tyranny in Pinellas County.

Judge Holly Giannini I said if I did anything illegal with the judge I would want it to be you since you have no regard for the rights of a defendant and you do it in front of everybody maybe you should have been picking fruit.. Your bailiff looks like somebody who used to own a machine shop in Dinuba. You know that day me and my ex Lori Hoven moved from Salinas to Orosi with the travel trailer her mom gave us i got a job working there.... but I'm sure you know all this already you know my mom used to work at Save Mart she was the head of produce in Dinuba you know she was speaking with Mr Giannini and mentioned something and he said oh that's how they're doing it she didn't know they were stealing it and selling it out the back door or riding off his damaged and paying somebody else for it she wasn't in on it.. the Millers were involved in that one as well he was the manager of the grocery store would it be too much for you just to ask a question and give me the opportunity to at least lie the way everybody else has so I don't have to be a f****** mind reader and a problem solver crash test dummy with my own money and time not all of us get to use digital system as our personal problem solver like you do it's completely obvious you did a favor for somebody duh and you got caught so now you fix it and you tell me who you did it for and I can move on to the next spot otherwise we got to do stupid s*** like this.. you're not really supposed to prosecute people on restraining orders when they don't know the person in question like Andrea Villa because I had Andrea Vela with me in the courtroom who was requesting contact I also wonder how many times you would deny somebody contact when they are their requesting it and they did not file the restraining order it was also nice of you to have us followed and me pulled over a third of a mile or so away from the courthouse . It's even better when I'm sued in another courtroom the next business day after you throw me in jail

Grissinger is evil and constantly oversteps her bounds. Even when the "victim", state attorney, and defense attorney all agree to a plea, sentence, and request contact - SHE refuses to accept and postpones cases so that defendants remain in custody and making money for the county. She did not care that the "victim" was being further victimized by her actions. Almost destroyed my family and left me on the street, just to satisfy her ambitions and EGO. She should be disbarred.

This is one of the worst judges that you could ever get why my case was in her courtroom I'll never know I was receiving restraining orders in my now ex girlfriend's name and I know they cannot show her at the police station or Courthouse filling out these restraining orders they're not in her name the name is not spelled correctly and best of all she's in the courtroom requesting contact while I was in custody for possession of ammunition another punishment by default I talked to her once a day for a couple minutes and she came to visit me a few times so it was 22 violation have a protection order from a protection order that she did not file and two jail visits and she went to court with me which was another violation a risk protection order so that's 25 violations of a risk protection order.... now because she wrote the court with me when we left the courthouse a half a mile away I was pulled over by the Sheriff's Department because the judge had us followed. After leaving the courthouse the judge made me plead guilty I had nobody to check on the dog I have no family in the area nobody to check on my house and the judge told me each one of these violations carries up to one year in jail you have to plead guilty to 7 counts a violating a risk protection order in order to have contact......
