Intense hate to men especially minority men. Her statement "No evidence that these things are happening" she issued a restraining order based on a phone call that was never made and the plaintiff did know the date and time of alleged phone call the basis of her decision. Not smart or intelligent..

~I'm a Retired Police Officer,Judge Honora O'Brien Kilgallen is NOT worthy of her position, She takes advantage of male Pro-Se Respondents , She does Not decide cases on facts & evidence, she picks a target ( usually a male ) and then does everything in her power to find judgment against them, I had filed a motion before her with compelling evidence of Police Reports , Tape Recordings , Grand Jury & Deposition Transcripts , She actually had the nerve to say to me she didn't read my motion or review my evidence, She completely ignored the blatant & confessed perjury of the other party & cherry picks through the documents that supports her "Pro-Feminist Agenda", A male doesn't stand a chance at a fair & impartial hearing before her, Request a different Judge, I have to say The NJ family court system is a joke, The DV Advocates in the courtrooms openly conspire with the females in these matters,telling them in the court prior to the hearings to use the words fear & distress often so that the judge can rubber stamp a TRO. The NJ Family Court Proceeding are The Most Unconstitutional I have ever scene in my 30 years in Law Enforcement.

Extremely fair, courteous, respectful and just. Took the time to read all the paperwork, and all the evidence presented and did not allow any interruptions from either side to ensure that everyone received their time to speak. Level-headed and impartial based her decisions on fact not emotion and maintained order and respect during the proceeding. No excuse and no nonsense kind of judge and made sure to hold both parties accountable as opposed to just one.
