Fair and prudent
I heard the judge was transferred out of the Guardianship Part. That is a real loss. She was patient, thoughtful and kind to litigants as well as to court personnel . I'm sure she will be an asset to her newly assigned part.
She was short-tempered and impatient during arguments, then issued a flagrantly biased decision in favor of the landlord that wouldn't have had a chance in hell of surviving on appeal if I hadn't run out of money by then. Commercial tenants have no chance before this judge. She is firmly in the pocket of the landlords and developers. Sad.
