Her general inclination is toward evil, and maximum harm to children. She seems to favor the wealthier parties, those who arrive in suits and with lawyers. She is usually vindictive and hostile to women, particularly mature women. As for "Involvement in Settlement Discussion," Indu Thomas is intensely involved in DOING AS MUCH HARM AS POSSIBLE. Since when did America's courts become "private clubs" for mentally unstable, anti family, partisan, low intelligent losers?

The woman is a monster. Makes even NY's corrupt judges look professional. Vindictive females on the bench, personal, petty...not the professional women of my era, who EARNED their promotion by skill and knowledge not devious means and political donations! She wrecks lives, destroys families; if there's any chance of reconciliation or hope in a family DO NOT GO NEAR THIS MEDEA...I passed her courtroom once after she had already harmed my family. The door was open, and it was as if demons were writhing within her. That was years ago. What is really shocking, is that with all the complaints against her, she refuses to be, er, "exorcised,"ie removed from bench. Heaven help WA / Thurston Counties' sweet and trusting populations. Yep, that beautiful West Coast State of WA with its great food, fabulous wines and lovely people is run by some of the most corrupt people in US History... was this the intent of the migration north of CA's liberals???? either way, if you're on that woman's ticket, find a mediator... the only other alternative I know is equally ridiculous...malicious but Indu Thomas has the edge in vindictiveness. Deport her back to India NOW.

A man hating horrible person. The most disrespectful and rude woman I've ever met or dealt with.

Complete absence of probity. In fact expresses all the characteristics that have demeaned women for centuries: petty, spiteful, vindictive, incompetent, vicious, contemptible, a danger to all who encounter her. The other mags and justices know it, but she makes them look good by comparison. She is so rude to Americans that I wonder if she destroys or tries to destroy our families with intent or "malice aforethought." After following these comments for a number of years, I say: Send the Kerala Kobra back to India. she only hurts Americans here. Depose and Deport.

this person set the entire stage for what has become a nightmare for the last two years. She mocked me my first appearance, dismissed my motion to remain in my own home (during a moratorium) injected her personal opinion, told me to get a job at McDonald's, suggested my abuser to get an order of protection against me it was unbelievable. i filed a complaint with the people over the judges and commissioners. they sent me an email saying usually complaints do not go further than the complaint. I was hopeful with a flicker of hope when they assigned an investigator. i never got called and 6 weeks later got an email saying closing case no merit, she was announced as the new judge the next day. our state capital is corrupt.

Use an affidavit of prejudice to disqualify her as a Judge. The more disqualifications against her, the better

I have witnessed her as Court Commissioner multiple times. In one case she signed a one year no contact order against a male immigrant with no mention of abuse on his part since immigrating. No allegations at all of abuse to his 13 year old daughter. The wife allegedly assaulted the husband twice since both immigrated. Both were ordered to evaluations. The wife did not comply. The husband completed the evaluations with no findings of potential domestic abuse, alcoholism, and other allegations. Months later supervised visitation was granted, and after the one year no contact order expired, a standard divorce was granted. The husband prefers to have no relationship with his former family after this experience. What I observed was very consistent with the multiple complaints I read on this site. One more father's

Four sequential comments praising that destroyer in the same style. I passed her courtroom and glanced in: looked as if serpents were writhing in her belly...as if she need an exorcist. A peculiar impression - perhaps also related to something else... While her vicious acts were years ago, the damage they did to a mother and child continue, and that child's health is now precarious AS A DIRECT CONSEQUENCES of her vicious and destructive conduct. The woman is a MENACE TO LIFE, a MENACE TO FAMILIES; HER "JUDGEMENTS" ARE CAPRICIOUS AND ARBITRARY; HER ATTITUDES TO HER ADOPTED NATION CLONED OF THE MORE PUBLIC MONSTER EX FAMILY COURT, IE "judge" jUDY...What a travesty these women make of our judicial system...aided and abetted by the MEN who put them there - because neither would make it on their own...so disappointed that "it" is still destroying lives in Thurston Co F.C. WA deserves better.

I've just read the comments below. You must be a personal friend or paid to make your comments. She is the worst commissioner in the state. She can't move or get another job in another county. Thurston county is struck with her until until she quits, retires or some other judge takes upon their shoulders to remove her. She is a scourge upon Thurston county.

For many years she has been "THE" point person in family law cases. That means 50% of the people who appear before her are probably unhappy with the result. I would expect the unhappy ones to post here and the happy ones to never even know about this site. I have represented both mothers and fathers before her. I have never hesitated to represent either side.

I have appeared before her many times. She is always prepared and considerate. Even when I disagreed with her, her conclusions were based upon the law and the facts of the case.

Commissioner Thomas is not a person of high morals. She doesn’t study her cases and does not care for the law. Be prepared to file revisions to overcome her incompetence. She will drain pocket book by keeping your attorney working. [redacted] There are many stories online of how families have been torn apart after going in front of her and there is a Facebook page “ Victims of Indu Thomas” dedicated to her.

This commissioner has been the judicial officer for my entire divorce/child custody case. She has been thorough and fair throughout. I can not thank her enough for protecting me, my children, and our best interests.
