Ignores evidence and rule of law, rendering opinions determined by personal biases or other outside influences.
She had determined the outcome of the case before hand. She gave no merit to factual documentation and took oral testimony of the palintiff as the truth. She is an embarressment to all federal judges
One of the finest, kindest judges I have ever appeared in front of. She is absolutely brilliant, and rules quickly.
judge johnson appears too lenient in sentencing the elite, the wealthy and white collar criminals.
She is intensely interested in the factual and legal questions before her and takes impeccable trial notes. An even-handed judge that is quickly able to grasp the issues, she does not miss even the most subtle of facts which may have an impact on the case at hand.
I totally agree with comment 3416. She lets you know early on how she views a case and allows her view to be transmitted to the jury during her direct questioning of witnesses. A nice person and a pleasure to work with in general.
Takes a side early and will not be swayed.
