I've been around long enough to remember the really bad ones. Whether it's Fusco in the Bronx, Thompson in the Bronx,Lerner in Queens, Price in Queens, Hart in Queens, Held in Kings, Vaccaro in Kings, the Cohens' in New York County, Rappaport in Kings, Barasch in Kings, and on and on.

Unfortunately she learned nothing about how to treat people as she's gone through life and when she clerked for J.

Unfortunately she learned nothing about how to treat people as she's gone through life and when she clerked for J. Partnow. She's stubborn, makes decisions as if she has various templates in front of her while ruling, and can get real nasty. A provincial minded simpleton. But, thank goodness she makes the racial quota. lol.

Waited all morning for in person argument to no avail.

Waited all morning for in person argument to no avail. The judge never showed. Finally had oral argument another day- the judge thought it better to decide admittedly "meritless case" on what she said was "a legal technicality" than administer justice. Sad, but her decision will be appealed and should be overturned.
