Judge Cuesta is generally unprepared and favors one side or the other. She will violate your rights and rule to the extreme with harsh verdicts even when you have done nothing wrong. If you are chosen as the loser watch out.

SHE IS DESPICABLE!! WHY SHE IS STILL THERE AS A JUDGE IS UNREAL TO ME! NEVER LET ME SPEAK IN MY DIVORCE AND SIDED WITH THE OTHER LAWYER. IF YOU GET THIS JUDGE FOR YOUR DIVORCE TRY TO CHANGE HER INMEDIATELY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!! SHE ISA DEVIL!

Unbelievable that she is still on the bench! She forgot to write the reunification order. I was told to restart the process. I have not seen my children in years. She ruined everyone's live! Get her out!!!

Does not belong behind a bench. Ruins lives, doesn't follow due process, doesn't know the law and is objectively a terrible human being. This is what happens when we are not allowed to elect officials. Communism is here. Her name is Judge Cuesta

She ruined my entire life I haven’t seen my boys for over 2 going on 3 years she has no heart whatsoever. I really don’t know how she is able to sleep at night. This woman doesn’t deserve her role as a judge let alone even being a part of the Legal system. It’s all about the $$$ if you are pro Se you might as well save yourself the heartache. I have videos and recordings she violate me and my children’s rights, so many other woman here in Miami are going through the same thing with this woman. Very sad sad situations not only with myself but with many other woman and there kids. This needs to stop. I pray everyday GOD makes a way. If you end up getting her make sure you have a lawyer and hope they know each other just like her and Wanda Rufin new each other. And look at Rufin now Suspended. Hoping sooner than later it will happen so I can be seen infront of another Judge and they can reveal & review the broken family she tore apart and had no mercy to even just do her job. She open and closed my case on no evidence. Every Dog Has there Day. Good luck ????

Can’t wait for her term to be over! Damaging families is her expertise! Unprepared, unprofessional , and and negligent. Beware, she is a nightmare. Unpredictable.

This judge is definitely pro-men. She abuses her power. She humiliated me during an emergency hearing and empowered my already abusive ex-husband. He further used this against me and turned my younger son against me. No judge should be able to abuse their power. I was born here in this country and I do not have a criminal back ground. This judge out right called me a criminal. That is the crime. She should not be a judge. How was she re-elected when she was not on the ballot? Anyone looking into this????

First, this judge was not on ballot when put in position. The whole state should be questioning how she ended up having a seat in our justice system. Second how is there this many accusations of bias and this is not investigated and yet she is allowed to abuse her power without any questions. This is alarming and dangerous for children in family court. [Redacted by Ed.] She is a danger to children and victims of domestic abuse because she is sympathetic to abusers.

She is probably the most despicable person that you will ever met , she is a bad judge and I don’t know how people like her can practice, she does no rule on evidence or law she rules on her mood , she is rude , insolent and racist . Very bias especially if you are a women , please record with your phone all your interactions with her because she will lie.

HE THREATENED ME SAYING: IF YOU DON'T PAY THE GUARDIAN, YOU WILL REGRET MY DECISION, THIS HEARING WILL HAPPEN AS IF YOU DIDN'T EXIST... FINALLY HE TAKEN ME AWAY ALL MY RIGHTS AS A MOTHER, HE DID IT BY ABUSING HER POWER, I HAVE NEVER BEEN ARRESTED, MUCH LESS I HAVE NO RECORD OF ANY KIND, 6 YEARS WITHOUT SEEING MY CHILD...I HAVE ENDURED GREAT PAIN, BUT SHE WILL LISTEN TO ME...I AM DELIVERING MY CASE TO A NEWS, WITH EVIDENCE, IN HAND...

If you are in a divorce and you end up with this judge, INMEDIATELY try to change judge she is the worst Person/Judge I have ever encountered... Talk to your lawyer to see if he could change the minute they know!!! I unfortunately had her in my case, she sided with the opposite party-(she is pro-man) or maybe whatever her day mood is she will act upon. Unprepared, nasty a real bitch...How do these people get elected for judge?? MONEY???? she should be booted out of the judicial system!!!

Not a good judge. If you can ask for a recusal immediately if she is your judge. You won’t regret it.

Unprepared. Case was brand knew to her each time we went to court. Will attempt to get familiar with case but she was clueless. Often tardy or cancelled hearing. Judges should be observed/monitored. Terrible experience.
