J. Anthony Miller

Judge Anthony Miller has took it upon himself to step into a Lincoln county case and has refused to let it be done in Lincoln county where not only the gaurdian lives with the ward but Lincoln county sheriff and Lincoln county APS DID NOT agree with DHS or Miller. I'm trying to get a recusal not one lawyer in either county will touch my case souly because they say he will not care of my exculpatory evidence or the evidence I hold showing the DHS investigator is related to my daughter in law and this is a personal vendetta against me. But they choose to use my son as the weapon. He's a disabled adult who begs to go home n nehs for his Momma. Neither of these sisters has bothered to visit their brother since they had him removed illegally by Miller. He refuses to hear anything I have to prove my case.

I had to file paper after paper to just get a hearing on why my daughter is still being kept from me. she is begging to come home and is being abused by guardian and his wife. when i finally got a hearing, he refused to hear my side. he said he just felt like i was unfit and did not need evidence to support his decision?? he stormed out of the court room and was out of control of his emotions. he made fun of me in front of everyone in the room for having to represent myself because i cant afford a lawyer. he only excepted hearsay from other side and continues to deny my child a voice, she is begging me to have her voice heard. any time i express to PAY to see my child in person, because my father also doesn't feel like being a supervisor in a visit, they take my child out of state. they took my child out of state 6X while under temp guardianship. i have called the FBI, governor, DHS, almost every lawyer in Tulsa, i have even filed emergency paper work federaly.....nobody will help me. while my child is still being abused by the same individuals that abused me growing up. this situation had destroyed my child and I's life.

Doesn’t let both parties speak and just placed a little girl in a home she shouldn’t be in. Terrible judge. He really ruined a kids life with this decision. The little girl is begging to come home but judge miller thinks she should be with her mom when her mom hasn’t been around her whole life

He is a terrible judge he does not care about trying to keep families together and he keeps postponing the hearings for almost a year now I have finished everything I was suppose to do and still don't have my daughter back if I could get him for basically kidnapping I would I wish he could go to jail for doing what he is doing and not allowed to be a judge anymore maybe one day they will not let him be a judge anymore and actually find someone who wants families to be together one day I hope this kids come back to him one day and press charges against him for what he did to them and there parents I will be asking for another judge ASAP

Anthony Miller knows he is a fraud. He should step down immediately. A horrific judge. He should never hold court another minute:

This Judge awarded a protective order by publication which is illegal and that I was unaware about as I travel for work. He awarded sole custody to my ex. My children were told by their mother I as the father didn't want them anymore. [Redacted by Ed.]

It took me 5 years to overcome Miller's capricious order. This man is an absolute moron.

late - inconsistent- inattentive-unfair- and ruined my relationship with my kids, flat out ruined it. you sir are the worst example of judge. your responsiblity is to make sure the kids see there father..YOU FAILED the system and YOUR NO WAY went thru my case the way you should have, I hope some day your kids are taking away from you..if you try to run for a election I will make sure the public knows what a horrible judge you really are...
