Firsthand experience with commissioner Ireland was a nightmare. At temporary with initial/different judge there was set orders for being a fit parent and entitled to 50/50 parenting if the case were to go to trial. After the trial even with evidence showing petitioner (mom) withheld our child from me for 6 months prior to temporary orders, not including me in decision making ( and ignoring 20 emails of me asking for her to be involved in a medical decision I was concerned with for our child), audio recording of her intentionally withholding child and telling him my home is not his home of me, making false child abuse allegations, harassment, including the school by getting them to write false letters, parenting time of 50/50 already established from temporary orders 8 months prior. This judge denied me 50/50 parenting time, said I lied about past parenting time and ordered me to pay almost half of petitioners attorney fees, and gave mom final decision making. After this ruling I did research on this commissioner and learned she is now married to a woman, divorced from her husband and went to try and get temporary orders against him of the children they share. She only cares about the mothers in court, I even reached out to her ex husband via social media and him and his new wife both gave heartfelt apologies for what we endured through court and how she is out to get men within the court system. If you see this judges name on your ballet and you're a father, you might as well give up now I had 3 5-inch binders of evidence and none of it mattered to this commissioner.
