Jacque Russell

Jacque Russell is a contributor to the horrible judicial system that exists in this state. She forced a disabled person to sit in the courthouse for 7 hours and refused to let the person go to lunch or leave. She also called the disabled person into the court and decided to openly discuss the disabled person's private medical history in open court. I believe that she did this to humiliate the person. She also gave a restraining order to a youtuber that engages in character assassination. This supposed victim got a copy of the hearing so she could disseminate it and cause further harm to the respondent and the witnesses.
