Commissioner Stamm should be held accountable for her inability to preside fairly. She granted custody to a father who attacked his wife and son (involving a firearm) on video, had pending charges for conspiracy to commit child rape, tied up a man and beat him with a baseball bat (fortunately the man escaped when he was being put in the trunk of a car); at which time, the "father" was incarcerated for putting a gun in someones mouth and then firing it off next to the man's head to intimidate him. The abuse that my children endured, due to Commissioner Stamm's inability to make judgements that protect children and victims of domestic violence who suffer from PTSD is unacceptable. I am going to ask for a judicial review in this matter. Heartbroken and disappointed in the justice system...

Benton County has a reputation as being crooked. Other counties will have nothing to do with them. Prosecutor and Judge have quite a financial racket going on.

She has no business presiding over anyone. She has a vested interest in convictions and entrapment cases. Why isn't she being investigated. She is biased, sexist and immoral. She states you haven't been coerced but they have. They are told you take a plea deal or spend 15 to life. That's coercion. 398 men arrested in entrapment cases and all took plea deals. Marked for life. She needs to be removed. Investigated and jailed.
